Business Analyst

Work with customers and stakeholders in defining software requirements. Ensure that the software is implemented in accordance to the requirements specified by the stakeholders. Create detailed test cases and execute tests to ensure software is defect free and performs to match or exceeds user expectation. Interact more directly with business stakeholders, participating in requirements discussions, facilitating user acceptance testing. Tackle solutions to significant defects and work with customers and product stakeholders to prevent these defects are resolved before it affects end users. Serve as an end user advocate and ensure the requirements are developed with a focus on usability and simplicity.

Candidate must have:

• Fair understanding of client requirements and test plans/strategies.
• Excellent Communication Skills -
  • Ability to understand the requirements from clients and translate to detailed test cases.
  • Ability write detailed test cases and document results
  • Communicate with clients effectively through various channels (phone,video calls, emails, messenger, slack etc)
• Should have experience writing test cases from high level business requirements
• Experience executing manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Ability to generate periodic reports and track performance metrics of the team
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform basic troubleshooting to identify system issues
• Experience acting as a liaison between clients and development team to clarify software requirements.
